Thank you for supporting my campaign, for all your help on donor day and generally just being there... it is much appreciated!

I love how we can talk about our jouneys before and after transplant, compare notes and whine but also share happy stuff too!

Hopefully we will see more of each other in the future and hopefully work on some more projects together to raise awareness of Organ Donation! Donor Day 2010!
